The Boundary Trail

The Boundary trail is a 3/8 mile walk along the east boundary of the Preserve.  You will see several deer tree stands located just outside the Preserve that are used by hunters during deer season.  It does not appear to have impacted the deer population within the preserve as I have seen as many as five deer in a herd enjoying the tranquility and safety of the preserve.  There is a wood duck and bluebird nesting box on the fence line near the preserve office.
